First off, Katherine is derived from the Greek name Catherine, meaning 'pure'. Look up your etymology. I would know, I have a character who's name is Katrina, which comes from the same basis.
Secondly, her absurd hetorchromia isn't cool and remotely possible, having weird eye colors is acceptable but there is no reason for her sclaera to be black. No one in the Pokemon universe possesses this trait. And also there's no explanation of where it came from. And if you say magical, mystical means I'll punch you in the throat.
I have seen no evidence of Otakus in the Pokemon universe, make something else up. It's stupid and boring and unoriginal for a fanfiction, and it makes your character come across as a self-insert.
WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO HAVE A SHINY EEVEE. WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT SHINY POKEMON
Also way to class the people she hates as 'sluts' and 'preps'. Who falls into this category in canon? No one.
What does occasionally psychotic mean? Ugh, okay, there is so much wrong here. I remember when I went through the phase where making all my character obnoxiously hyper was cool, I realize now that it's not and it makes the character annoying and really uninteresting because it's a cliche' to the extreme. If she's psychotic, this should be a MASSIVE flaw, and she should probably be a member of some villainous team. Being psychotic is not a cool trait, it's not hip, it's not happening. Do you even know what psychosis is?
Moving on; you're lacking consistency as in the family section where you never covered your mother was dead, but said later that she was murdered.
As for the psychic ability thing, excuse me while I rage in a corner. If she's psychic, it should be moderate as the BIGGEST no-no is outclassing trainers like Caitlin and Sabrina who possess very powerful psychic abilities. Also, she should be more attached to psychic types, so her Eevee should have been an Espeon. And if you insist, they should be very moderate. Being able to read minds isn't a pleasant thing, look at Charles Xavier. She shouldn't be spunky or happy because of that ability. As I read in a fanfiction describing Professor X's abilities 'Years of feeling the emotions and hearing the thoughts of others had made him older beyond his years'.
Okay, the Danger thing, if she's reckless as you stated above, she shouldn't try to avoid it. She'd rush headfirst in and not give a damn.
Her back story is boring and unoriginal. Tragic back stories do not a good character make. And it's not the murder part, as someone who is a fan and is writing within the manga universe, which is a great deal darker than the games or anime, that's excusable. It's the fact that her personality DOESN'T REMOTELY FIT. If she saw her step-father murder someone, she'd be traumatized and probably wouldn't be able to do anything but stand there and stare or run away. She wouldn't be hyper, she'd probably have some serious emotional issues that would need to be addressed by a counselor. I cannot press this enough; research is everything, especially on psychology based subjects like this.
She has a fairly unique and balanced knowledge bank, so I'll give you that.
The dream date thing wouldn't/couldn't happen because JB and MC don't exist in the Pokemon universe.
My biggest issue here is that, apart from the Eevee and the Electrike, I see no listings of her other Pokemon. IT'S A FREAKING POKEMON OC. There should be a lengthy list of her Pokemon party, with personalities and attacks. I see this so much, what's the purpose of a Pokemon OC if there's not a listing of their party. And I frown greatly upon shinies and legendaries in a party.
This character comes across as a blatant, very, very boring self-insert. She's cliche' and there is no further elaboration on ANYTHING. She's the basis of every weeaboo's OC (and that, I can speak from experience being a former weeaboo myself) and she doesn't even match well in the Pokemon universe.

Secondly, her absurd hetorchromia isn't cool and remotely possible, having weird eye colors is acceptable but there is no reason for her sclaera to be black. No one in the Pokemon universe possesses this trait. And also there's no explanation of where it came from. And if you say magical, mystical means I'll punch you in the throat.
I have seen no evidence of Otakus in the Pokemon universe, make something else up. It's stupid and boring and unoriginal for a fanfiction, and it makes your character come across as a self-insert.

Also way to class the people she hates as 'sluts' and 'preps'. Who falls into this category in canon? No one.
What does occasionally psychotic mean? Ugh, okay, there is so much wrong here. I remember when I went through the phase where making all my character obnoxiously hyper was cool, I realize now that it's not and it makes the character annoying and really uninteresting because it's a cliche' to the extreme. If she's psychotic, this should be a MASSIVE flaw, and she should probably be a member of some villainous team. Being psychotic is not a cool trait, it's not hip, it's not happening. Do you even know what psychosis is?
Moving on; you're lacking consistency as in the family section where you never covered your mother was dead, but said later that she was murdered.
As for the psychic ability thing, excuse me while I rage in a corner. If she's psychic, it should be moderate as the BIGGEST no-no is outclassing trainers like Caitlin and Sabrina who possess very powerful psychic abilities. Also, she should be more attached to psychic types, so her Eevee should have been an Espeon. And if you insist, they should be very moderate. Being able to read minds isn't a pleasant thing, look at Charles Xavier. She shouldn't be spunky or happy because of that ability. As I read in a fanfiction describing Professor X's abilities 'Years of feeling the emotions and hearing the thoughts of others had made him older beyond his years'.
Okay, the Danger thing, if she's reckless as you stated above, she shouldn't try to avoid it. She'd rush headfirst in and not give a damn.
Her back story is boring and unoriginal. Tragic back stories do not a good character make. And it's not the murder part, as someone who is a fan and is writing within the manga universe, which is a great deal darker than the games or anime, that's excusable. It's the fact that her personality DOESN'T REMOTELY FIT. If she saw her step-father murder someone, she'd be traumatized and probably wouldn't be able to do anything but stand there and stare or run away. She wouldn't be hyper, she'd probably have some serious emotional issues that would need to be addressed by a counselor. I cannot press this enough; research is everything, especially on psychology based subjects like this.
She has a fairly unique and balanced knowledge bank, so I'll give you that.
The dream date thing wouldn't/couldn't happen because JB and MC don't exist in the Pokemon universe.
